·               Develop and maintain IMS for multifaceted commercial aviation program using Critical Path Method in MS Project and DelTek Open Plan.  Manage IMS, PMB development, EV data collection and analysis, and PP&C at multiple GE locations integrating all schedules into one large master schedule.

·               Train, manage and develop IMS Planners at several locations throughout the country in EV, PP&C, and standard scheduling principles and techniques to work various programs for GE Aviation.

·               Developed and maintained IMP, PMB, and IMS for CEV ACM program (sub-program of NASA Constellation program) using Critical Path Method. Simultaneously developed and maintained IMS for DoD missile defense program while continuing to manage IMS and supporting schedules for ACM program remotely.

·               Prepared and analyzed EV metrics reports detailing SV, CV, SPI, CPI, ETC, and EAC on each Control Account and at the program level.

·               Provided EV and IMS support for DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews, Business Management Reviews, and customer IBRs.
